We were asked by our Client to design a refurbishment and extension for their family house. The brief included a new kitchen area, play and dining space, new storage and a better link to the garden.

We obtained a Lawful Development Certificate, Building Control Approval, worked with the QS to define costs, dealt with Party Wall matters, produced a full tender package and chose the Contractor.

We handed over the project to Catriona Rowbotham Architecture for the construction stages of the work, who provided additional details and specifications where appropriate and administered the contract.

The kitchen was designed and installed by a specialist kitchen consultant.
